When running a small business it is vital to have monthly management information readily available to inform and support your business decisions.  A monthly Management Account Pack is essential to this and we are experts at producing this on time and in a very simple style.  It is designed for non accountants and we find Directors pick up how to interpret the pack very quickly.  The pack contains:

Balance Sheet
A Balance Sheet gives you the current value of your business as well as listing your assets and liabilities.

Profit & Loss Report
The P&L report shows whether you are making a profit or a loss for each month. This analyses all your sources of revenue, matches it up against your costs and gives you a monthly comparison against the annual budget.

Cash Flow
The Cash Flow reports shows you how much money you have in your bank account and predicts how easily you will be be able to meet your payments over the following 13 weeks.

Forecast Plan
The Forecast document is the most important one as it takes your P&L, we insert all the known actual monthly figures, and from here you can adjust the future forecast based on what you know each month on current business levels and overhead adjustments.

Aged Debtors
The Aged Debtors report tells you which of your clients and suppliers owe you money and whether the payments are overdue or not.

Monthly KPI Dashboard
We are also able to produce a monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) dashboard to enable you to measure the success of your business against your own KPIs.
